With four teams still battling it out for the 2015 NBA Playoffs, Nike Sportswear introduces the "Sharpie" pack paying homage to the first player to score 40 points in back to back games when his team scored less than 100 points.
Penny Hardaway's legend from the 1996-97 NBA playoffs shadowed his accidental shoe shame trend. The original Nike Air Foamposite designed by Nike did not include sharpie on it, but after being hassled by the NBA for wearing all Royal blue shoes he went to the locker room and marked it with a sharpie to meet the 50/50 NBA guidelines back then.
The Nike Sportswear "Sharpie" pack features the Nike Air Foamposite One with a Royal Blue and Black striped base on top of an icy translucent sole while the Nike Air Penny 6 sports a royal blue, black and white Orlando Magic color scheme.
